If you’re looking to brighten your smile for an upcoming wedding, photos or another special event, you may prefer the convenience of in-chair whitening. Some people also like knowing that their whitening is being carried out by a dental professional.

If you want to gradually brighten your smile in the comfort of your own home, the at-home option may be a better fit.

In either case, we’ll do a checkup and clean first. If you have cavities or other problems that need to be addressed before doing the whitening, we will explain that to you and print out our treatment recommendations for your consideration.

In-Chair

After your checkup and clean, assuming there are no other issues that need to be addressed first, we’ll book you in for your whitening. The appointment takes about one hour, and the degree of whitening achieved will vary from person to person.

At-Home

We’ll take impressions to create reusable custom trays that you will take home. You’ll fill the trays with the gel and wear them for the prescribed length of time. Your teeth will gradually lighten. The trays may also be used for future touch-ups when recommended by your dental professional.
